Breakfast Sausage and Egg Scramble with Peppers, Onions, and Rosemary Roasted Potatoes

Not my favoriteWhile Pinnacle Foods has the best backpacking meals on the market, this is my least favorite meal they sell. To be clear this still beats all other breakfast meals I have tried but I think its just an issue I have with all breakfast meals. That issue is the eggs, they just do not come out well when boiled, not that this is specific to Pinnacle, but all breakfast options that include eggs. If you have tried other brands egg breakfast meals and not liked them you will probably not like this one too despite having much better flavor (the onions are really good). I have since stopped buying this meal as I prefer to eat the lunch/dinner options for breakfast. Still at camp with my friends If I have one of these its better than money for trading with others!
