Terms and Conditions of Purchase

1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms and Conditions of Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods from the online store www.propiedadeszaragoza.es.

1.2. Seller – propiedadeszaragoza LT, UAB, company code 306084613, address: Vytauto g. 35-26, LT-08119 Vilnius, VAT ID LT100015263611, tel. +370 61185525.

1.3. Buyer – a natural or legal person purchasing goods in the online store.

1.4. By submitting an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read these Terms and Conditions and agree to them.

1.5. The contract is deemed concluded from the moment the Buyer submits an order and pays for it.

2. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

2.1. The Buyer has the right to:

• purchase goods in accordance with these Terms and Conditions

• withdraw from the distance sales contract within 14 days

• receive high-quality goods

2.2. The Buyer undertakes to:

• provide accurate information

• pay for the order

• comply with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania

3. Seller’s Rights and Obligations

3.1. The Seller undertakes to:

• provide access to the online store

• deliver the goods within the specified timeframe

• ensure the protection of personal data

3.2. The Seller has the right to:

• amend the Terms and Conditions by posting a notice on the website

• limit or cancel orders if abuse is suspected

4. Goods, Prices, and Payment

4.1. All prices are listed in euros, including VAT.

4.2. The Buyer may pay via:

• bank card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard)

• Apple Pay

• Google Pay

• SEPA bank transfer

4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change payment methods.

4.4. The Seller reserves the right to change prices; however, the price applicable to an order is the price in effect at the time the order is placed.

5. Order Placement and Fulfillment

5.1. The Buyer selects the goods and submits the order.

5.2. The order is confirmed via the email address provided by the Buyer.

5.3. If the Seller is unable to fulfill the order, the Buyer is notified and the payment is refunded.

6. Delivery

6.1. Delivery methods:

• LP Express or Omniva parcel lockers

• Pickup at a physical store: the propiedadeszaragoza store located in the Vilnius Outlet shopping center (V. Pociūno St. 8, Vilnius)

6.2. Goods are usually delivered within 1–3 business days.

6.3. The risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are handed over to the Buyer or a person designated by the Buyer.

7. Returns and Warranty

7.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the distance sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

7.2. Returned goods must be:

• unused

• undamaged

• in their original packaging

7.3. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

7.4. Defective goods are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty as provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The buyer has the right to request repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund.

7.5. The buyer is liable for any decrease in the value of the item if it was used beyond what is necessary to inspect the item.

8. Loyalty Program

8.1. Buyers who register at www.propiedadeszaragoza.es may participate in the loyalty program.

8.2. Earning points:

• 1 point is awarded for every €1 spent

• 20 points are awarded for registration

• for a successful friend referral:

– the referring Customer receives 50 points

– the new Customer receives 50 points

8.3. Redeeming points:

• 100 points = €5 discount

• the following may also apply:

– fixed discounts

– percentage discounts (e.g., 10%)

8.4. Loyalty Levels:

• Mini Fan

• Trend Lover

• Icon Level

Each level provides additional benefits, which are listed on the website.

8.5. Points:

• are not money

• cannot be exchanged for cash

• are valid for 90 days from the date they are awarded

8.6. The Seller has the right to:

• change the terms of the loyalty program

• cancel points in the event of abuse

9. Liability

9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.

9.2. The Seller is not liable for:

• internet connection disruptions

• the actions of third parties

10. Personal Data

10.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the Seller’s privacy policy.

10.2. The Buyer agrees that the data provided by them may be processed for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, the matter shall be resolved in the courts of the Republic of Lithuania.
